5 Simple Natural Remedies To Keep Your Clothes Stain Free

In a country of more than a billion people, dealing with stains is a common tussle among masses. A country which is so vibrant and  colorful, from festivals to our clothes, everything we see around us is so bright and vivid. Colors play a crucial role in our lives. But, colorful clothes are equally difficult to maintain as they can soon lose their charm if not maintained and washed properly.

Also, with the amount of pollution, dirt and stains, clothes require regular washing, which ultimately leads to fading away. Hence,  proper care and wash is required to keep them safe and at their best.

So far, the most popular semi-automatic washing machines are a perfect companion when it comes to a hassle free laundry. But here are some simple, but effective remedies which can help reduce the Impact of the stains with immediate effect.

1. Water : Soaking fresh stains in water can certainly reduce the impact of the stain, while you are still wearing it. Later, when you remove the cloth re-wet the cloth and rub the solvent underneath the stains to restrain it from getting tougher.

2. Salt / Vinegar : Cheap and easily available, apply a small dab of salt on the wetted stain to reduce the damage. Effective on red wine, blood stains, sweat or deodorant stains.

3. Hand Sanitizer : Yes, you heard it right. Hand sanitizer is highly effective in holding ink stains to spread apply it from outside and blot to lift up later rinse it with cold water and detergent to remove it completely.

4. Paper Towel : If you lucky to have a paper towel nearby. Just gently place it on top of the wet stains as the chemical causing the stain will have something to soak in, till it completely dries. Later, put it in the washing machine for final wash.

5. Tooth Paste : Toothpaste is often underestimated, but many of us are clueless about its high efficiency in removing stains. Rub a dab of toothpaste over tough stains with a damp rag to effectively remove the stains. Not only clothes, but toothpaste have also been effective to remove stains from walls, jewelry, glass, piano keys etc.
